Order Processing

• Ready-to-Ship Products: Dispatched within 3–7 business days after order confirmation.
• Made-to-Order & Customized Dresses: Processed according to the estimated production time mentioned on the respective product page. Time to making and dispatching customized dresses can vary according to the requirements and the decided time with the team. 
• Orders are processed on business days only (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery Time

• Pakistan: Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and our courier partners.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) to monitor your shipment.

Multiple Items

If your order contains ready-to-ship and made-to-order products, they may be shipped separately based on their individual production timelines.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. MubarakDay is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
