Return & Exchange Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The item delivered is different from the one you ordered.

Requests based on personal preference, change of mind, color choice, design preference, or fitting expectations cannot be accepted.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

• Brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Conditions for Exchange

Products must:

• Be unused and unworn.
• Be in their original packaging.
• Include all tags, accessories, and labels.
• Be free from perfume, makeup, stains, washing, or alterations.
• Be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.

MubarakDay reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

Bridal & Customized Dresses

Many bridal dresses and festive wear outfits are made to order or customized according to customer measurements, color selection, or design preferences.

Because these products are specially prepared:

• Customized dresses cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect or incorrect item is confirmed.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements before production begins.
• Minor variations in embroidery, embellishments, lace placement, beadwork, fabric texture, or handwork are part of handcrafted garments and are not considered defects.
• A measurement variation of up to 0.5–1 inch is considered an acceptable production tolerance.

Ready-to-Wear Dresses

Ready-to-wear dresses may only be exchanged if:

• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Exchange requests due to size selection, fitting preferences, or color expectations cannot be accepted. Customers are encouraged to carefully review the size guide before ordering.

Wedding Gifts & Accessories

Wedding gifts, hampers, accessories, décor items, jewelry, bags, clutches, shoes, and similar products may only be exchanged if they arrive damaged or if the wrong product is delivered.

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, certain personal-use items may not be eligible for exchange.

Color & Product Appearance

We make every effort to display product colors accurately.

However, actual colors may vary slightly due to:

• Mobile or computer screen settings
• Photography lighting
• Fabric dye batches
• Handcrafted embroidery and embellishments

Such variations are normal and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production or processing has not started.
• Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
• MubarakDay reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or payment issues.

Refund Policy

MubarakDay generally does not offer cash refunds.

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed using the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

Shipping charges, payment processing fees, and courier charges are non-refundable.

Approved refunds or store credits are typically processed within 7–14 working days after approval.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an exchange is approved due to a confirmed defect or an incorrect product delivered by MubarakDay, we may arrange replacement shipping at our discretion.

Sale & Promotional Items

Products purchased during sales, promotional campaigns, clearance events, or using discount codes are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Quality Inspection

Every returned item undergoes a quality inspection before any exchange or refund decision is made.

Marketplace Products

Some dresses, gifts, or wedding products available on MubarakDay may be supplied by independent vendors.

While MubarakDay works with trusted sellers, return and exchange requests for marketplace products may also be subject to the respective vendor’s policies. Our team will assist customers throughout the resolution process whenever possible.
