MubarakDay is not responsible for disputes between users and vendors.

5. User Responsibilities

6. Payments & Transactions

• Any payments made directly between users and vendors are their own responsibility.

• All website content (text, logos, design, branding) belongs to MubarakDay unless stated otherwise.
• Users and vendors may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform content without permission.
• Vendors are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any images or media they upload.

• We do not guarantee completeness or correctness of vendor data
• Prices, availability, and services may change without notice
• Users should verify details directly with vendors before booking

9. Limitation of Liability

• Financial losses or disputes between users and vendors
• Technical issues, downtime, or data loss
• Any indirect or incidental damages arising from platform use

• Remove listings or content
• Restrict access to the platform

This may happen if terms are violated or suspicious activity is detected.
